At CCC Construction you always get one on one consultation and guidance from start to finish. We are a family owned company that delivers a personal touch to every project. The owner is on the job site daily. All houses are built by professional carpenters, not from a factory, ensuring your vision is seen in special touches as you are allowed to participate in every step of the way. There are no hidden fees and any customer changes made during construction are handled cost effectively in the benefit of the prospective owner. Whether you’re looking to build a new home, remodel or add-on to your current home we’ll be with you every step of the way.

Frank DiBacco

Company Owner

Frank DiBacco a native of Wethersfield started his construction career at the age of 12 alongside his father at CT Carpentry. He graduated 1992 with his degree in architecture from New Institute of Technology. After graduation he began expanding the family business. He designed and built his first 3 homes shortly after graduation. He grew from building single family homes to a 56 residential subdivision in Bloomfield, CT. Frank created CCC construction to become an exclusive custom home company. Frank currently resides in the house built by CCC construction in Glastonbury with his wife, 6 kids, 4 rabbits, and old English sheepdog.

To build a custom home with CCC is an easy process.

1. Pick a lot
2. Place a deposit on the lot
3. Pick a plan from the builder's website or if you wish you can bring your own custom design and meet with the builder's team to discuss your style and "wish list".
4. The team will bring the builder the design you chose, and the builder will review the plan details and will provide an estimate for the home you chose.
5. Moving to the next step, a non-refundable deposit will be given, and the journey begins!
6. You will sit down with the builder to review any customization or specific items you would like to have in your home. The Builder will work directly with you to offer suggestions, guidance, and ideas. When you agree on the final plan, within a week;
7. A plan will be developed into a design schematic of your home
8. You will meet with the builder again to review the new home schematic
9. When you agree on the design schematic for your dream home, a contract price will be established and presented to you usually within a week
10. When you review and agree on the price, you will provide the agreed upon deposit, go under contract and your new home process will begin!
11. The builder and his team will give you a schedule of items and finishes that need to be chosen by you.
12. You will meet with the design team member for ideas and consultation. You will have full support along the way.
13. You will have ample time to pick out your finishes to make your dream home your style.
14. The building process is very organized and structured with CCC construction, the usual building time for your dream home is approximately 9 months from start to finish.
